Home Owners Association

As a Wimberley Place resident, you are automatically a member of the Twin Creeks Homeowner’s Association. This Association is a non-profit corporation that has enforcement rights for the Deed Restrictions and has maintenance responsibility for the landscaping, greenbelts, parks, open spaces, pavilions, swim centers, trails, playgrounds and other amenities.

The purpose of a Homeowner’s Association is to help preserve property values by creating overall architectural controls, design guidelines, and deed restrictions, as well as maintaining the common property and community amenities that enhance the quality of life for everyone.

The Board of Directors has employed Community Management Associates (CMA) to manage the day-to-day operations of the association. Jacque Morris is our on-site manager and can be reached at 972-390-1190.

Because it is a gated community, Wimberley Place has a dues structure that allows for a street and storm drain reserve, so its residents pay for the maintenance of their privately owned streets.

Total dues for residents of Wimberley Place are $200 per month/per home, collected semi-annually by CMA. The Annual Meeting occurs in the Fall of each year. A copy of the Homeowner’s Association documents can be found on-line at Twin Creeks HOA.
